I just called Transfer online Inc.

Rebecca told me that their online Client list is not upto date and that TNOG IS a client of theirs.

I asked if I could have the names of those that own 5% or more of TNOG and she told me no because of their confidentiality agreement with ALL of their customers they cant disclose that.

Not because they are "gagged". The individual companies are required to report what they are told by Transfer Online Inc in their annual Proxy Statement which coinsides with what I had been told earlier.
