Now this is what I like to see. This board is really doing a great job of digging for DD. :) I do have a couple of interesting things to add. Vort , you know one of em. 1) CSTC claims that it is not a shell and has never been a shell as per Incorporation Document.
I really dont know much about shells to comment on this.
2) www.imagitrendinc.com site is gone. Apparently they used it just to offer to repurchase shares.(im guessing).
