It's an arguement that doesn't make sense. He's basing his info off a lawsuit filing saying that that AERO signed a 5 year deal for 8 mil a year. It also stated that the contract had no opt out clause. Well areo did opt out after the 1st year. Plus aero paid 2.6 mil in shares to morgan mclure. Not 8 mil. So did aero have 5.6 mil in cash just laying around to pay the contract in full. So I guess they aren't bankrupt ;)
