Maybe you should re-read the wording of the suspension, its not a vacation or gone fishin notice. It said the company is in deep doodie. 8/1/06 was the last time their charter was revoked so maybe that is an anniversary date for some reason too.

But,

why did SEC choose Jly31 as the day to suspend...was it coincidence that it was the day the company had to provide list of offiers to TA or was it merely end of Jly and hence beginning of August...August being a holiday month ofr GBDX wherein all cuuters and ploishers go on aholiday and management has time to focus on SEC events, filing events...blah, blah. Did the large sell off bythe compnay provoke SEC to suspend...if so why Jly 31st?? the month of August will go down as an August one as the GBDX saga continues!

I too wait but don't see the curtain falling!If it falls, the story willend but the GBDX saga will not end! ImO.
