Carpenter, very well said.
Nice to see the whole debenture issue stated with both positives and negatives in such a concise format. Great Job!

WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE A YEAR MAKES!!!!!!!
The list above were all things we had discussed happening for the year 2000 clear back in 1999.
And they all happened. This is what interests me the most about this company. Choosing my words carefully here, I cannot help but wonder where the price of WLGS would be today (not to mention FUNDING!!) if it wasn't for but a couple of NAYSAYERS out there.
I can only hope that Mr. Haffer and Mr. Holdridge of WLGS are reading this board (yes, I sent them the link). It is my humble opinion that there should be (if not already is happening) a thorough inquiry into the true motive of one or more of those naysayers in the past, present and future of Worldwide Wireless Communications, Inc.
I support the issuance of additional shares.
I would welcome additional terms to the current agreement with the Unit Investors should it become necessary.
I urge the Argentinian Government to recognize the great economic opportunity that Infotel brings to their nation if they would reinstate the licenses.
I am against WLGS being sold to another company and encourage many Joint Ventures instead.
What I would like in 2001......
Obviously, the return of the Argentinian license, first and foremost. Beyond that, aggressive attempt at funding by less riskier means. China and Japan Spectrum.....if this is acquired it would mean phenomenal revenues going forward. If only WLGS could get past the bearish hurdles presented in the market this past year and find a way to get Mr. Haffer more publicity on a more regular basis, the word about this (as recently called..) tiny obscure company, the faster the investing public will want to become involved.
Share value is in fact "all about perception", and I believe that WLGS has had more than its share of false perception and bad luck as it relates to the original vision and business plan.
(To steal another posters phrase...)
A Prosperous and Happy NeWLGS Year to ALL
