Chilar, I cannot rebute that. I do not have those facts. Management could have put as you say "money in their pockets". However, the company could have sold the last billion shares at .01 or above on bulsh&t news, but didn't (hence no news since January). If you look at the transfer agent numbers and the PPS decline they sold low...which means they were losing money (IMO paying for lawyers..who knows). They decided not put any fluff PR's out and sell the last billion shares on that false news, which is typical from a PK CO. We are in the toilet bowl so to speak. Even though 80% of the lawsuits are against us they are minor compared to the two that we are on the offensiv for. I am not defending management...I am trying to find a postive out of a netative. I am either a bad investor or a good gambler...GL buddy!
