I'm not making any claims that Rich is a 'hustler' or anything but an impecably honest person. Everything I know about him tells me he is as honest as the day is long.

IMO, however; he doesn't know how to run a public company, nor does he care.

He's a terrible manager and he can't see it. That's what wrong.
