Guaranteed? Good luck. Ask the shareholder's of Lumb's other divi promises how that guarantee worked out for them.

I've searched, and cannot find a single individual investor who rec'd their shares from the last dividend, although Santini swears only 3% haven't been issued. It was so long ago most have given up. Perhaps that's a good indicator of Lumb's pattern: the attention span of those he preys upon.
