As a moderator I'm not here to dictate what can and can't be said on this board ... I can only interpret the IHUB TOU rules and administer them.

Whenever there is a post in a gray area I have contacted IHUB Admin and let them make the decision. Nearly all of the posts deleted on this board have been deleted by IHUB Admin.

In point of fact , your post (along with any posts previously deleted on this board) is a clear violation of the TOU.

IHUB stands very firm ... talk about the company (which includes opinions about it and/or its management) or the industry the company is in.

p.s. If I was to "be all over them" it would merely be a violation of the TOU. Is that what you think I should do? Obviously I have taken exceptions to various opinions expressed here by various posters when they cited certain things as 'facts' ... at that point I and any other poster has a choice ... to not say anything , or to offer other facts or a different interpretation in the spirit of debate.
