Can anyone tell me what happened?

I am watching the price at the inside day chart. Every times a trade happens I see this very big red line appear on the chart:
at 12:18 with 1.200.000 shares with open 0.0025 and close 0.0015.

But this goes away every time I refesh or change time period, like from one day to two days or such. Then appears again with a new trade.

Could this be someone had shorted the stock at 12:18? and has now taken the cover?
I know about shorting and what happens as such. This is just so unreal as it appears and goes away again.

Can anyone spend time counting the shares and the price at each transaction today?
