Can't wait to see the terms. That 'immaterial' Fully Diluted number will be going up too ... although at today's PPS it's coming down a bit first!

.0068 on almost 16MM shares. The MM's finally decided to let this run a bit more ... maybe maybe maybe they won't pull the rug out!
