Ok so add option 4. A prom note, either way my point was the the o/s was increased, at this point we can't really ascertain what the long term benefits/harm that this action had. Someone wanted to know why they did it after saying they wouldn't, I gave an answer. But keep in mind this is a pinky so the fact that a CEO didn't keep their word shouldn't be a huge surprise.

I don't really care myself as long as the price rebounds which it looks like it is.
