roger wilco could you explain something to me please?

How could naked shorting strangle ERUC out of existence? All naked shorting can do is impact the share price. Naked shorters don't stand outside the centers and impede people from getting medical care. They don't interfere with revenues or profit margins. They don't buy up all the newspapers in town so people don't see advertisements and therefore do not go to an ER URgent Care Center.

The only effect naked shorting has on a business is on the share price. That's it. If ERUC fails it is because they failed to make their business model profitable. You certainly can't blame anybody but ERUC for operating at a loss for so long.

But it is convenient to blame other circumstances that can't be proven in order to deflect attention away from the financials which represent something similar to a train wreck.

Naked shorting has become the number one excuse used by all penny stocks.

Compare naked shorting to real life events. Naked shorting takes place therefore every single penny stock in existence is being illegally manipulated by naked shorters.

Murders take place in your city therefore every citizen is going to be murdered. Every man woman and child will be a victim of murder because murders take place. Isn't that a completerly silly thing to say?

When you can clearly determine that company financials are horrible and have been for two years while diluting the stock into the ground there is no way for the stock to go up and stay up. 20 million shares to over 2 billion in the boat will cause it to slowly sink.

I think the naked short arguement is not only unsupported here but it is trying to be used as some kind of crutch to support ERUC which has not shown an ability to control costs and manage thsi business effectively. I guess I am being silly and tracking the company and its financial performance instead of chasing ghosts.
