False and Misleading statements (PR's) to manipulate the PPS of a stock. All one has to do is go look at the PR's and the PPS. Remember the word is MANIPULATE. Did not say move it UP or Down, MANIPULATE. Key word. Also seems the address has raised some questions now being the law firm denies anything to do with this company or Mr. Moaning. False information on official documents is a very big No No. So yes there is plenty IMO for the Fed's to look into this. Again its my opinion. GLTY
