Podium Venture Group, Inc. Officially Files Name Change with Delaware Secretary of State and Applies to NASDAQ for New Ticker Symbol

HIALEAH, Fla., Aug 4, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Podium Venture Group, Inc. (OTC: PODM) today announced that it has officially changed its corporate name to Capital Oil & Gas, Inc. with the Secretary of State of Delaware.
The company has also applied for and received a new CUSIP number that will be representative to the new company name, the final action in the process is that the company has already applied to NASDAQ for a new ticker symbol and is awaiting the assignment of such.

This action does not include any change in the company's share structure; the action was approved by the Board of Directors to better reflect the company's current business model and going forward.
