I will be watching for it, New investor purchase of "Loan Structure" and "convertible debt structure" from ONEV's, 2 largest, current investors and put into a more postive structure that benfeits the company.
Approximately 3 million in debt, of which only 1 million, or less, were intended to be used and or added to the Outstanding Share count via conversion.
Capitalize the compnay to an extent that,.. get rid of the going concern and auditors notes... going to be very beneficial
We have positive things to look for on all fronts! All 150 of us will watch it materialize/manifest before our eyes!
