Is anyone on this board planning to participate in the offering Strata has put out there. I read through all the materials and think I will not at this point. If anyone else read the materials and have thoughts on it, please feel free to share them. If they do have a successful offering, I do think that will bode well for the stock in that it will show solid interest and confidence in the future of Strata and their ability to either get the oil out or that they will be able to sell it to a major. Any thoughts are welcome. Cvet
