I disaggree. For a transaction to occur there must be 2 participants, a buyer & a seller.

The number of shares traded, the price & the commission are a market function thats supposed to be based on supply and demand not the number of sellers outnumbering the buyers.

When a fail to deliver shares occurs it, artificially, increases the Outstanding Shares without SEC filings, Corporate Approval or shareholder notification.

It has been rampant in ONEV and my guess is there is more underneath the covers, "Daisy Chaining. Look at the number of reported fails to deliver on ONEV and then ask yourself how much "Dasiy Chaining" you think these folks were/are doing.

Watch the Mr Bennett Video again and again and then read the Emergency order to protect the banks 5 months later.

Last by not least why would anyone suggest a Contract stated in a ONEV SEC filing is not real? Is that not RUMOR MONGERING? That is not freedom of speech it is an attack on my investment and our System of Checks and Balances and I want an avenue to take action to keep this out of our childrens future.

Is this not what the SEC is talking about? This is criminal activity with only, weak, civil penalties to date. Its changing for many.

ONEV has survived insurmountable odds to get here folks and they have landed some great deals. A result of years of research and developement as a Development Stage Enterprise!
