Try,my response to those words,(mine ,if I recall) is that he has been buffeted around a little by both FAB and the US authorities pursuant to the US oil companies,and the AG.

No matter how powerful and power hungry he is,he still has to answer to certain entities.

The USA is now off limits to him.He ,imo,will never set foot in the USA ever again,assuming he already has been here.

As such,his bumpy ride has re-directed his ego and plans.
