The company is going to make it. But it's going to take some time to execute.

What you are not going to hear on the CC - because they cannot discuss any legal proceedings is what has been done already. But some is intuitively obvious if you ask yourself the right questions:

1) Who called in the SEC to start the investigation knowing that the company's books, management and ALL would be questioned. (Mgt doesn't do that unless they know they have nothing to hide and that they can still make a company grow)

2) Who has sold their shares. A - Not the current management team - and many have put in their own money to cover expenses. 1)Mgt does not do that unless they feel they can make a company grow.

3)Why does the management that has Fortune 500 experience and contacts stay. A - Because they see the potential to make the business model work. But it takes financing and getting off the Pink Sheets.

4) Who wants to make sure this company doesn't get financing and wants it to die and go away? A - That would be the 2 guys who raped the company. By killing it they stop the investigation and legal proceedings against them. How do they do it. They control the price going down just like they did going up. Some of you heard the IM was selling his shares last 2 weeks. Notice how the price lost 50% in value during that period of time. It's very easy to control. First get a few of your cronies on the board to start making comments like "its going sub-penny" - then just sell a few shares at a few cents lower each day. Look at what they did to the other companies. They pump them up - then short - then break the company so the company doesn't have the $$ to go after them. BIG MISTAKE HERE. NNRI has one of the best, and most well connected attorney's in the country working for it. And he is trying to protect the shareholders and the company.

5) What has the Management been steadfastly been working with financial institutions and the Russians? A - Because the business model is a good one. They just need the financing to make it grow. And they are working to build on it. Even Wall was surprised by how much they were able to accomplish with the Russians and how much fight they have.

6) What will the CC tell us? A- It should tell us what the game plan is - good or bad! Can they get financing? Short and long term goals. Can they get more management and directors on board that can help drive the company to its new vision. Don't be surprised if there are people on the sidelines that don't formally join the board or management team - but serve the company as "Consultants". That's a typical management changeover technique when a company is "cleaning house" and there are legal issues being resolved. Some folks may not formally join the company until whatever legal questions are resolved so as not to be part of "previous" issues. But they can still provide valuable services to the company that turn it around.

No- this is not a scam! It is a viable company. It's not worth $5.00 right now; but its value, in my opinion, is still greater than the current price.

To put it back on track the following is required:
1)Get finanacing
2)Resolve the Russian/American reporting issue and get the books reported on a timely manner
3) Get the uplift
4) Get someone involved that speaks fluent Russian and understands both American and Russian markets.

I believe that is what the management is working on. We will find out on the CC.
