Have you heard if the company has done anything on this yet...
v. Advanced Content Services, federal court, District of Nevada. SPAM suit. Company appears to be in default of an answer in the case after receiving service June 16, 2008. CLERK OF COURT ENTERED A DEFAULT AGAINST ADCS ON JULY 30, 2008. IF ADCS DOES NOT MOVE TO STRIKE IT IMMEDIATELY, THE PLAINTIFF WILL BE ENTITLED TO DAMAGES BASED ON THE ALLEGATIONS IN THE COMPLAINT.
