vortmax, hello my friend. All is well at the SOS, no worries(i.e. no evidence of reverse split). Just some housekeeping amendments filed...change in directors and officers..blah blah...this board is up-to-date with respect to this. As far as the Allan Humm post, google "allan humm kitsap" and I highly suggest that he's our man.
