Revenue or Working Capital

Awfully strong statements insinuating Mr. Moaning would be "printing" shares and diluting the stock. I'm afraid that you and I have very different viewpoints about BLDV's management team. My perspective is based on the insightful DD I have been reading on this Discussion Board. I would be shocked if BLDV has been issuing additional shares under present prices.

I'm sure when you said BLDV's only source of Revenue is the sale of stock, that you really meant "Source of Working Capital". Additional sales of stock would be considered further capitalization, unless of course BLDV was selling Treasury Stock. I think of operating revenues as proceeds from the sale of goods and/or services in a company's core business, although there are exceptions.

IMO BLDV is a strong buy and I have been accumulating in the last 30 days. I wouldn't be surprised if BLDV has been acquiring Treasury Stock, when permitted under SEC Regulations. As a shareholder I certainly would approve of Management buying back shares at these prices. Future proceeds at higher stock prices could be used to “Grow Assets”. Sunshine
