why would SPNG issue shares to RM Holdings at a 40% discount if they had full intentions of buying them back at loan value?
The better question is why would RM agree to let them buy back shares at .0184 for 2 years? I have never seen that agree to before by anyone issued shares. Usually they have ever intention of selling those shares into the market so never would agree to buy back like that. Seems opposite of what you are saying?
