Now you remark: "The NSS is available go look, post it here!". In what sense, or where, is it available? No naked short seller, of any shape, size or description, would ever be so stupid or lacking in caution, as to leave evidence that was left accessible to the public. I thought that was obvious to everyone -- just common knowledge. If evidence of NSS had ever been left in accessible form, on paper or as an accessible electronic file, the companies and their shareholders who have been made victim to that heinous crime would have been able to take legal action quite easily.

The whole point about NSS is that what has been defined as the 'greatest financial crime in history', NSS itself, has, in one way or another, been allowed to be held exempt from any form of public inquiry, except in a very few lawsuits, such as those brought by Sedona and Overstock.
