The volume is very low. I saw two trades at 100, 200 & 300 shares each.
Who do you think is trading - The Insiders or the Market Makers?
IMO, The MM'ers are rallying around the flagpole.
That above type of trade flags a signal.
Looks like a bull run is developing.

IMO:
100 = I need shares
200 = I need shares badly but do not take the stock down
