I bet they didn't disclose to him all their stock troubles. Probably didn't mention that their real plan is to sell stock.

Take a trip back to when this company was RHMX. They issued a PR saying that Congresswoman Maxine Waters joined their advisory council. Contact with their office revealed this was hardly the case.
