Yes I see what your saying but I wasn't debating whether the leases were worth anything, except something to someone" but the assumption that there was leverage forthwith to secure the actual deal. The IMVS people didn't walk without anything!

My main point is what is in it for shareholders.........and I believe there is more than meets the eye at this disclosed state! Don't you agree?
