A positive view is absolutely essential here. Apparent, these leases have some value to the company that traded shares for and/or are an integral part of this deal. Some"one" or some "company" has placed a value on these leases, or this reverse acquisition would not happen. If this deal is made and done as most assuredly stated......all parties think they have the best deal insofar as to their own thinking within!

The bottom line is what are "us"....the little people investors, going to get in this deal????? I can venture to guess by crunching numbers and scenarios, but I wouldn't put that out for anyone to tear apart.

Note, I have increased my holdings today.
