Something to ponder over the weekend. This shell is empty. The CEO PR'd they had "Bought" two TV stations and that this would be the Broadcasting Division of a total of three companies under one. First the payments were never sent in to purchase the TV stations. The shell was nothing more than a ruse to raise capital for John H Beebe. The plan fell apart because when he done the R/S he shorted the R/S to low. It needed to go at a higher R/S for him to do the 504's and sell discounted shares and pocket the money. I will add more over the weekend. Just know that this CEO is not building anything but his private bank accounts. Play with him and you stand to loose! He has not one honest cell within him! Read his information on the internet. Google John H Beebe! He has plenty of past to share these past couple of years. His other company is being sued by his own law firm, it has many outstanding bills and the City of Opp Alabama is about to boot him out with his other business.
