Yes, but no one posts their actual tax returns. They post 10k's and any other required information.
And we are not even talking about whether they made money this year or last year. I do not even care about this. The money for Sarissa (and us) is the mining of Nenegosenda. Then whatever follows that.
My only concern with getting the Audit completed is so Sarissa is not waiting for the audit company to "finish" when they are ready to file for uplisting.

I want to re-iterate:
I do not think there is ANY fault on the part of Sarissa here at all.
If there are issues outside of Sarissa's control (vendor related) they are Entirely on the heads of the Audit company to resolve and Sarissa needs to be sure they do not let the audit company state otherwise.
Seriously, an end date for completion is always in the audit contract.
My main point was that Sarissa has rights here. They need to get the Audit company to do their audit inside the contract date or get their money back...

This is not Sarissa fault, it may be their problem, but it has remedies within the legal system. What if this was an audit for an event that had been planned or required for a specific date?
It is possible that Sarissa has not been pushing due to the fact they are not quite ready to uplist yet. That is the primary reason for this audit so I guess as long as it is ready when Sarissa is ready to file...

Cheers,
