I spoke with the company.....

Share count is 138 million and change.


The Company has spoken 3 times with the CD holders this week.... IT IS THE TOP Priority.....

The NEWS letter will wait
until a deal is complete.


With Regards to the New Century BK filing and it's impact on Valor......The Company is considering a PR in the near future.

Production is going very well at Hammil.

The future news Is VERY positive.

IMHO I would not be surprised at all if this stock price turned around.
