Now I've been keeping it lite today on the posts since I kinda blew up yesterday. But let's take what we know so far that are facts. 1. On July 9th, it was announced that CCMJ had secured a contract of some volume and value, so much so that it made them rethink there view on taking on a partner so they could deliver the goods. 2. The company took the next two weeks to do some self examining to see if they could secure the funds to fulfill the contract on there own. The answer that they apparently came up with is no, they could not secure the funds on their own. That brings us to 3. The announcement on 7-24 about re-evaluating the R/M. Since they have this large contract to fulfill and they don't have the cash to make it come true, it got me thinking of the movie Erin Brokovich. In it, the firm that started the whole law suit realizes that they are too small to win this. So they go to a much larger, and mind you deeper pocketed firm, to help with the case. That in turn freed up the smaller firm, who now had a huge influx of cash, follow through on the lawsuit. So that leads me to this 5. In My Opinion, and mind you this is my speculation but there are quite a few facts here pointing to this event, I think CCMJ is doing what the small lawfirm did in taking on a very deep pocketed big guy to help out. This other firm must be quite substantial if they have the funds to keep their company as well as CCMJ going AND fulfill the contracts of both companies. There reward in this is going to be the windfall they get from that large contract. 6. All this being taken into account, plus what the talk with Meryl Lynch did, has me thinking that the private company in this R/M is a large, and what I mean by large is a company whose net value is in excess of 200 million dollars with alot of spare cash on hand to throw at this contract. 7. I think that people are forgetting the other facts in this outside of what the last few days in trading have brought. I think it wouldn't be to surprising to see this thing make the hall of fame for one of the largest R/Mr's in recent history. I'm figuring this to break $1 a share after the reverse split that will probably take place once the reverse merger is done.

Having said all of this, and since the evidence seems to point this way, the R/M should bring a pps of quite a bit above a penny. The evidence so far points to a substantial pps after the merger. This is all speculation on my part but I'm thinking that since CCMJ has a secured contract in hand with a pretty good value to it and they didn't think they had the time or money to pull it off, then the company taking it on will score big. Can you imagine a poor man holding a contract upto a rich man and saying "look, I'll split this with you if you provide me the cash to fulfill this?" What do you think the rich man's gonna say? Noooooo poor man, I don't want to make some easy money." I don't think they would either. This in turn makes me think that the R/M will go through, if not with the first company, then with the second suitor. I'm thinking right now CCMJ has two suitors willing to throw a sizable sum of money at them to buy that contract and company.
