If I told you you wouldn't believe so I help you get the answer yourself.Start with the well status from the state of New Mexico ask for a field rep,for that area.Then United Drilling would be a good place to ask,I forgot the partners name that backed out,but can be found with some DD,also Haliburton did the logs.Ask the right questions and if you come to any other conclusion post it.
