Here is comment from a friend of mine livinig and working in VN. "Vietnam is hurting at the moment. Before I left (early May), I was reading about construction projects being abandoned because the cost of raw materials was rapidly rising and contractors could not increase their fees." I hope these wern't CAVICO projects.
