Here's my question on that note theory. Since it is redeemable at any time for the .0020 price, it wouldn't matter if it went to a penny or dollar since he gets the redeemable price of .0020, correct? So, if I'm right, and I'm not sure I am, why jump in now when it deflates the price so severelly? Why not jump in when it's running so the shares can get boughten up in a run? If I am wrong, I apologize. Just please clarify if they can redeem the note at any time or does it have to happen while the price is below the agreed upon price?
