I do not fault H3 for trying to find the right formula for this new concept to work. Alcohol, no alcohol, burgers and fries, no burger and fries, hours of operation and consumer age point, I repeat,it is a new concept. I do fault H3 however in creating the feeling among its shareholders that this company might be a scam afterall and benifit only the BOD for IT'S investment. It's secrecy is inexcusable. To think even if it is a pink, for a company to continue to conduct itself the way it has for years is only creating a more deceptive feeling among us all. To think this company wants to go to the NASDAQ therefore required to disclose when they won't even re-establish their current status on Pinksheets is conserning.
