Discussion board posts state that investors are hearing rumors that the proposed acquistion between Kahuna Network Security, Inc. (KHNA) and Superior Protection, Inc. (Jack Heard's company) will not happen. According to the discussion posts on this investor web-site, Kahuna has decided to not to acquire Superior and concentrate on another company.

IS IT ANY WONDER. APPARENTLY SOMEONE WITH KAHUNA STAYS INFORMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KAHUNA PURCHASES SUPERIOR-WHAT GIVES?
Has Kahuna 'purchased' Superior Protection, Inc.? We certainly have our doubts, but apparently Jack Heard, Jr. and Superior think so, because we have received information that an email was sent out to governement contacts in Pennsylvania stating that was the case. Funny thing though. SEC filings fail to show that Kahuna or their parent company SNS or Simple Network Solutions has disclosed this info, which as we understand is required by law. Also, another 'odd' thing; the address for 'Kahuna' is the same as, where(?), you got it--Superior Protection, Inc. in Houston, Texas. The address listed for SNS is out of Conroe, Texas a rather small lake/tourist community just north of Houston on I-45. All we can say is, we think that any additional money we might have to invest would probably stand a better chance for a return if we put it into a five-star hotel built in northern Iraq.

MAY 4, 2004: SUPERIOR PROTECTION, INC. BOUNCES PAYROLL THROUGHOUT FLORIDA.

Superiorprotection.info was informed this date by a reliable source, that Superior Protection, Inc. and Jack Heard, Jr. were bouncing the payroll checks of Federal Contract employees throughout the State of Florida. This is not the first time. Superior Protection, Inc. has a history of doing this to 'their' employees. During one year alone, Superior Protection, Inc. and Jack Heard,Jr. bounced at least three (3) payrolls for numerous employees.

Why is it, that Jack Heard, Jr. and Superior cannot pay their employees with 'non-rubberized' checks, but Jack Heard, Jr. can pay $60,000.00 for a chicken at the Houston LiveStock Show and Rodeo; and other excessive spending like renting a private jet to go to a meeting for around $30,000.00.
