Good morning all. I'll let you all know what I found out yesterday from my contacts at Meryl Lynch but first I have a bit of apologizing to do. OG, I apologize for getting a bit overly touchy yesterday. It comes from being attacked for weeks on end with no provocation. I have just become very defensive when it comes to that subject and would prefer it not be brought up at all under any forum. Once again, I apologize for my reactions. To the board, I apologize also. I hope you can forgive me my anger.
Here's what's up that I found out yesterday. CCMJ is definetly in talks for the R/M. My guys were not able to find out with whom, but they definetly could say that there is something swerling out there. They said that they checked on the financials of CCMJ and found that they are a company in good standing but one that has only about $5000 in on hand cash and assets that they consider to be not very worthwhile BUT that would be worth something to the right company. I asked if CCMJ is what they look for in a company when it's about to R/M and the guy said yes. He did warn though that until it actually closes the deal, as with all deals, he would be cautious about burying to much money into it but it's definetly worth an investment. His only real caution was that if the R/M falls through, then we will see the price of CCMJ plummet and plummet fast.
As for why it's tumbling currently, which was the reason I called them, he thought someone was playing games and that there wasn't a short going on. He did caution that if one was going on, then it should be about done.
This is basically all we talked about and he said that if he finds out any more news, since I brought this to his attention and they might be investing in CCMJ purely for the R/M, then he'd call me if he finds out any more news. I said I'd do the same and we hung up. So, to me that indicated pretty good news because someone with alot of resources was able to verify some things as to whether they are real or not. I'm already invested here but as with his opinion, mine's going to be the same, invest at your own peril. These were just his take on what he see's and should be taken as such. IMO it's well worth the investment.
