I am not invested here but have an acquaintance that is. You probably know already BANI is “Halted” according to the OTCBB site. http://www.otcbb.com/dynamic/marketwatch/mwsubhome.stm

I got the notice in one of the numerous daily updates I get from the site throughout the day. http://www.otcbb.com/MarketWatch/in Like I said I’m not in this one (Bani) almost was but I went though this with another stock in my very early trading days and didn’t even realize it was “halted” until the close.
I sure would have appreciated someone making a post like this.
I saw it in my
“in box” and had to check to see if the stock I’m in was listed!:) Actually I didn’t even realize what a halt was.
In case you are wondering what the codes mean – Trading Halts Codes
Code Description

H10 Trading Halt - SEC Trading Suspension .
The Securities and Exchange Commission has suspended trading in the security until further notice .
T3 Trading Halt Resumption - The time when the security is released for trading.
U1 Trading Halt - Foreign Market/Regulatory Halt
Trading is halted because the OTC Equity Security or the security underlying an American Depository Receipt ("ADR") that is an OTC Equity Security ("OTC ADR") is listed on or registered with a foreign securities exchange or market, and the foreign securities exchange, market, or regulatory authority overseeing such issuer, exchange, or market, has halted trading in such security for regulatory reasons because of public interest concerns.
U2 Trading Halt - Component/Derivative of Exchange-Listed Security
Trading is halted because the OTC Equity Security or the security underlying an OTC ADR is a derivative or component of a security listed on or registered with a national securities exchange or foreign securities exchange or market ("listed security") and the national securities exchange, or foreign securities exchange or market has imposed a trading halt in the listed security.
U3 Trading Halt - Extraordinary Events
Trading is halted because FINRA has determined that an extraordinary event has occurred or is ongoing that has had a material effect on the market for the OTC Equity Security or has caused or has the potential to cause major disruption to the marketplace and/or significant uncertainty in the settlement and clearance process.
