also sollte es eine weitere übernahme ausschließlich über aktien geben, dann würde meine erwartung bzgl. hartcourt und zhengda deutlich sinken. hoffe auch, dass wir bald klarer sehen. die olympiade wäre doch ein schöner rahmen, die entstehung einer großen education-allianz bekannt zu geben...
