So JD has been telling the truth about share O/S. The pr before last he said about 350 million shares O/S. Today he said about 406 million shares but the increased shares is from conversion of debt.

So there is no dilution as to sell shares to raise money but more of converting debt held by SC to shares. If they are converting at this price, I am sure they will want to sell it at much higher price.

SC knows that the up coming deal is at .02 a share. So I expect that SC is evaluting pps at least 10X of that .02 a share. That is .20 a share minimum.

Does anyone know what price Karl Malone got his shares at?
