So there is no dilution as to sell shares to raise money but more of converting debt held by SC to shares. If they are converting at this price, I am sure they will want to sell it at much higher price.
SC knows that the up coming deal is at .02 a share. So I expect that SC is evaluting pps at least 10X of that .02 a share. That is .20 a share minimum.
Does anyone know what price Karl Malone got his shares at?
