WLSY - I spoke to Hansel again today. He said that he had to make a few changes to the PR at the end of the day yesterday but thought that there was enough time to get it out. He said that he was checking on when it would be released today. He also confirmed the 20-1 split. I told him that the 3/20 amendment was linked to the 3/13 filing that had a 10-1 split in it but he confirmed that it is a 20-1.
