braden, Perhaps our treasury suffered due to having to defend our position, that alone, not to mention the cloud of doubt over the company and its core people were not positive..Should we hold the guilty parties responsible for their actions, IMO heck yeah! Read other posts and IMO EXBX could well be entitled to compensation for monies spent in its defense, not to mention the fact that this has been hanging over our officers all this time. Yes, if they choose to not pursue recourse, fine.
