Based on today PR, they raised the OS by about 50M shares for the $108,000 promissary note, and $2M will be paid for the candle company at 2c per share, which is another 100M shares, so essentially we got a $5M a year in sales candle company for 150M shares, which equates to about 3.3c per share by itself, sounds like a good deal to me, especially while the stock sits at 0.0025.IMO




Wasn't life nice when the hardest thing you had to do was chase an icecream truck :)
