I don't see it for 100%, but the mm is a boutique firm. these are the firms that typically raise money for penny stocks. Just saying it looks like that is what they have done. Only the company knows the real truth. This MM is on the stock two days and counting. They are not a retail market maker. Either they represent a private shareholder with a position, or their firm has done a financing with the company...those are the only two options. Retail market makers are those like NITE and UBSS. Hope they don't have much of a position...if they stay on this for weeks or more, we know the position is sizable.
