Kistler needs to act more promptly as if judgment is entered in the SPAM suit, the plaintiff could seize all the intellectual property the company owns including it's venture contract with VStarr. So then you would have the SPAM plaintiff in a JV with the McKenna people.

Pay the lawyer, Brian, don't let your shareholders down.
