Can someone explain how the project can be completed, but there is still outstanding "remaining value"? Is it just open A/R? I also noticed that several of the projects are slated to be completed in 2008 with the majority of the contract as "remaining value". Does this mean that sometime later in the year or early 2009 we may see a significant increase in profits, that is, if the cost has already been declaired while the project was on-going.
