Now this is funny. This once again proves that moaning hasn't followed through on anything. He's doing surveys and the Belize government, having had had problems in the past with moaning saying things that weren't true, cautions that he and BLDV will be welcome IF they complete the purchase agreement and IF they can follow Belize law. Ummmm last time I looked, those two last statements tend to mean that even the president of Belize is skeptical that he'll follow through.
