Apparently 31 people decided they weren't...bookmarks dropped from 450 to 419 overnight.
The company is in trouble, Agent. The Millers are due their money today, sans a filing otherwise. They updated the SOS (a MANDATORY TASK) just in time. They are giving selected information to people that should be publicly disclosed. If the sales numbers were not mentioned on this board, how would many of us have known that information? That's not the kind of information you pass to someone on the phone who asks. Especially if they aren't financial gurus that do the projections for CNBC or something.
Revenues are low. Expenses are high.
And as has been mentioned, no effort to decrease the A/S to prove no further dilution will occur. Red flags a-wavin'!
